Copyright notice and counter-notice.

1. Reporting alleged infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe material hosted through Geek Engine infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright contact at dmca@geekengine.ai.

Submitting a knowingly false notice may expose you to liability. If you are unsure whether material is infringing, consider seeking legal advice before sending a notice.

2. What a valid notice must include

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, such as the project, build, share link, or asset.
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. How we respond

When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice and take reasonable steps to notify the affected user. We may also act on repeat-infringer situations as appropriate.

We aim to handle valid notices promptly. Incomplete notices may delay our ability to act.

4. Counter-notice

If you are a user whose material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@geekengine.ai.

A valid counter-notice should identify the removed material and its prior location, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, include your contact information and consent to jurisdiction as required by applicable law, and include your physical or electronic signature.

If Geek Engine seeks U.S. DMCA safe-harbor protection for hosted user content, it should maintain a designated agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office and keep that agent's contact information current. This page and our Terms describe the contact route for copyright notices.
