No open roles yet. Worth a conversation anyway.

We're a small pre-launch studio, and we're not hiring right now. We'd still rather meet good people early than scramble later — so if what we're building resonates, reach out.

Where we are

Geek Engine is pre-launch and deliberately small. We don't have job postings, a hiring pipeline, or a headcount target to fill. Pretending otherwise would waste your time, so we won't.

What we do have is a product we believe in and a clear sense of the kind of people who'd thrive building it. When roles open, this is where they'll appear first.

What working here will look like

Small team, real ownership. With a team this size, there's no hiding behind layers — people own meaningful surfaces of the product and see their work reach users directly.

Honest engineering. We keep every change structured and inspectable, and we'd rather ship something we trust than something that demos well and breaks quietly. We expect the same instinct from anyone who joins.

Async-friendly and outcomes-first. We care about what gets made, not hours logged. Costa Rica is home base; thoughtful collaboration across time zones matters more than a shared desk.

If you'd be a fit later

If you're an engineer, designer, or game-maker who lights up at the idea of making game creation accessible to everyone, we'd like to know you exist.

Send a short note about what you do and what you'd want to build. We read everything, and we'll keep good introductions on file for when the time is right.
